Back from the break and Kayla Braxton is in the ring with Belair. The red ring cover is down. Kayla congratulates her on hitting 110 days in her title reign, and asks how she sees the next 100 days playing out. Fans chant “EST!” now as Belair thanks Kayla. She says these past few months have been amazing – defending at Rolling Loud, winning an ESPY Award, main eventing WrestleMania 37, and now being back in front of the fans. She says it just keeps getting better and she doesn’t know how she’s going to top it, but she’s grateful. The music interrupts and out comes Carmella.

Carmella mocks Belair on her 100 days milestone, congratulating her. Fans boo. She says if Belair really wants to cement her legacy, she should give one more title shot to someone who has held that title for 130 days, someone also known as The Most Beautiful Woman In WWE. The boos continue for Carmella as she enters the ring now. Carmella makes excuses for her Rolling Loud loss. The music interrupts and out comes Zelina Vega. She calls for her music to be cut and says Carmella better slow her roll because we all know Carmella is too pretty to be a third time loser. Vega says what she wants to say to Belair, she will say it in her face.

Vega enters the ring now. Vega thinks the WWE Universe wants to see Belair challenge a rising star like Vega. Some fans boo. Vega says she is The Moment and no one is more deserving than her. Vega tells Belair to accept her challenge. Belair says she’s on. Carmella shoves Belair down from behind with a cheap shot. Vega and Carmella double team Belair now, beating her around the ring. The music hits and out comes Sasha Banks to a huge pop.

Banks makes her return and rushes the ring, dropping Carmella first, then Vega. She hits Carmella with the running double knees in the corner, then levels Vega again. Banks helps Belair up to her feet and hugs her as fans cheer them on. Banks raises Belair’s arm in the air as Belair looks on a bit confused. Banks’ music hits as they hug again. Banks plays to the crowd as they cheer her on. Belair applauds.

Sasha Banks and SmackDown Women’s Champion Bianca Belair vs. Carmella and Zelina Vega

We go back to the ring for tonight’s main event as SmackDown Women’s Champion Bianca Belair makes her way out to a pop. Carmella and Zelina Vega are already waiting in the ring. Out next comes Sasha Banks to a bigger pop. She poses on the apron as pyro goes off. This is Banks’ first match since dropping the title to Belair in the main event of WrestleMania 37 Night One.

The bell rings and Belair dropkicks Carmella to start, then kips up. Belair hits Carmella in the corner and tags in Banks for the double team to Carmella. Banks covers for a quick count. Carmella turns it around and covers Banks for a 2 count.

Vega ends up coming in but Banks and Belair nail double dropkicks to their opponents. Baseball slides are next as the babyfaces keep control. Banks stands on the steel ring steps now, allowing Banks to press her high in the air above her head. Belair comes off the steps and launches Banks onto Vega and Carmella at ringside. Banks and Belair stand tall at ringside as fans cheer them on. Back to commercial.

Back from the break and Vega is in control of Belair now. Vega with a standing submission in the middle of the ring. Banks rallies the crowd as they chant “EST!” now. Belair gets out but Vega sends her into the turnbuckles. Carmella tags in to take over on Belair as fans boo.She taunts Banks. Belair gets an opening but Vega tags in to stop Belair from tagging out.

Vega works Belair over and applies another submission. Belair breaks free and drops Vega with a backbreaker. Belair crawls for the tag and in comes Banks for a pop. Banks levels Vega with a Meteora, then knocks Carmella off the apron, then delivers two dropkicks to Vega. Banks with the Three Amigos tribute to WWE Hall of Famer Eddie Guerrero now as fans cheer her on.

Banks goes to the top and hits the Frogsplash but Carmella breaks the pin with a kick to the face. Vega tags out but Banks blocks Carmella, then drops her. Carmella kicks Banks from the mat. Carmella drops Banks on her face for a 2 count as Belair makes the save.

Vega attacks Belair but Belair fights her to the floor. Banks counters a Facebuster by Carmella in the middle of the ring. They tangle and Banks catches her in the Backstabber, then the Bank Statement for the submission win.

Winners: Sasha Banks and Bianca Belair

– After the match, Banks and Belair stand tall and celebrate as the music hits. We go to replays. Banks and Belair continue dancing around the ring until Banks drops her out of nowhere with a Backstabber. Fans go wild. Banks grabs the title but drops it to mount Belair with right hands. Some fans in the crowd are shocked as the camera focuses on them. Banks shoves the title in Belair’s face and talks some trash, then goes back to beating on her in the corner. Banks drops Belair with a tornado DDT and applies the Bank Statement in the middle of the ring. Belair screams out as the referee tries to break the hold. Fans continue to boo Banks as Belair cries out. Banks stands tall to mostly boos, but a few cheers.

Banks raises the SmackDown Women’s Title in the air as the boos get louder now. We go to replays. Banks applies the submission again, yelling at Belair and rag-dolling her, ranting about how Belair is only here because of her. Belair is screaming out and tapping but Banks keeps the hold locked in. The boos continue and the referee tries to get Banks to break the hold as SmackDown goes off the air.
